Payment methods

1. Overview

We accept payments for Empire Shop products and for services / projects. Available methods depend on order type and processor configuration.

2. Card payments (Stripe)

Shop card payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and digital wallets supported by the processor.

• Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure environment.
• We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Payment confirmation triggers digital delivery and licence issuance where applicable.

Transactions are protected by TLS and PCI-DSS at processor level.

3. PayPal

Where available, you may pay with PayPal. You are redirected to PayPal to authenticate and confirm. After success, the order is marked paid and digital delivery begins.

4. Bank transfer

For projects, consulting and B2B invoices, payment may be made by bank transfer against an invoice issued by EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. Service activation may depend on confirmed receipt of funds.

5. Invoicing

Invoices are issued using checkout or contract details. The Client is responsible for tax ID / address accuracy. For fiscal corrections:

Site prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Conversion to your card currency is handled by the issuing bank. FX differences are outside the Company’s control.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Before opening a bank / PayPal dispute, contact support for clarification. Unjustified chargebacks after digital delivery may lead to licence suspension and recovery measures under applicable law.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted. We monitor fraud attempts. We may refuse or request extra verification for suspicious orders.
