1. Digital Products (Modules/Code)

According to current legislation (OUG 34/2014), products provided in digital format cannot be returned if the supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Since our modules are delivered instantly via download link, all sales are final.

2. Exceptions and Warranties

However, Empire Global offers a functional guarantee. If the module does not work as described:

• We will fix the problem free of charge as soon as possible.
• If the problem cannot be fixed, we will issue a credit or full refund.

3. Development Services

For custom services, withdrawal is done according to the clauses in the contract. Man-hours already executed are non-refundable.
