01 / Product
More than a listing.
The public promise is “Rare residences. Chosen with care.” and “More than property. A complete experience.”
Properties, land, cities, services and guides sit in one product, on desktop and on a phone.
Real estate · Platform
Empire Terra
A premium real-estate platform for Romania: discovery by city and category, comparison, consultation and listing publishing, in Romanian and English.
Challenge
Buyers and owners needed one place for the city, the property type, the offer and the next step, not a catalogue without context.
Solution
EmpireX designed and developed a platform with a mega-menu, search, comparison, guides and publishing, in the dark-and-gold Empire aesthetic.
Delivered
- Discovery by city and category
- Collection and comparison
- Guides, valuation, calculators
- Publishing with Stripe and PayPal
02 / Discovery
The city before the card.
Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Brașov, Constanța and Iași are presented as addresses, not as a hidden filter.
Categories, apartments, houses, villas, land, commercial, and comparison follow discovery.
03 / Collection
Exclusive properties, with context.
The collection shows the listing with location and the facts that matter on a first read.
Comparison places up to four properties side by side.
04 / Navigation
A mega-menu for the decision.
Sale, rent, exclusives, land, services and publishing sit in the same menu.
The public packages are Gratuit, Start, Pro and Agency. Payment goes through Stripe or PayPal.
Project gallery
Presentation creatives for the platform, as delivered.
